Lil is a transgendered woman and lives the DFW metroplex area.  She says she is one of the more “shy and retiring” members of the transgender community since 1999.  She evolved from being a member of the Metroplex Crossdressers Club to being the president of the Dallas Transgender Alliance.  Lil is a member of the GEAR steering committee.  Her “tired old website from the early days” is here.
